1. The Bedford Central School District Board of Education announced that it will have a special meeting on Wednesday to interview three candidates seeking an open seat on the board. The candidates are Edward Reder, Brian Sheerin and Joe Malichio. The meeting starts at 7 p.m. and will be held at Fox Lane Middle School's Little Theatre.
2. It was announced that the 65th annual Herb Fair will be held on Thursday at the John Jay Homestead in Katonah.
3. The Bedford Town Board will meet on Tuesday at 7:50 p.m. at the town house in Bedford Hills. The agenda includes a public hearing in proposed changes to the town's fire prevention and building code. The meeting agenda can be found here.
4. A K-L Girl Scouts' information meeting will be held today at Lewisboro Elementary School and on Wednesday at Increase Miller Elementary School.
5. The Katonah Cub Scouts will be doing sign ups at their pack meeting on Tuesday, which will be held at Katonah Elementary School.
