Art Happens, Engines Roar, and Kids Play Ball
Here are 4 awesome events happening this weekend in and around Bedford.

Culture Happens. The 23rd Annual Pound Ridge Fine Arts Festival takes over Scotts Corners Market on Oct. 5 and 6 starting at 10 a.m. Artists from around the country showcase their pieces, as well as local crafters and community organizations. Check out artists’ bios and examples of their works here. Free. Can’t get enough art? Head to the Katonah Museum of Art and purchase from their Collage Sale, which was extended to Oct. 7.
Engines Roar. Shiny automotive beauties line up at the Katonah Commuter Parking Lot at 50 Woods Bridge Road on Oct. 6 courtesy of the Lions Club. Want to join the fun? Arrive with your car by 8:30 a.m. The show opens to the public at 10 a.m. and goes until 4 p.m. Awards for Best Cars and People’s Choice will be given around 3:30 p.m. The rain date is Oct. 13. $15 to enter a vehicle. $5 per visitor. Children under 5 years old free. Proceeds go to local charities and organizations.

Dinner and Music. Support Caramoor by attending the Harvest Dinner, hosted by actor and Honorary Chair Richard Gere, on Oct. 5 at 5:30 p.m. Dinner is prepared by Bedford Post's Executive Chef Jeremy McMillan. Follow your meal with a performance by orchestral collective The Knights. Dinner and music ticket is $425. Musical performance alone is $15.
