Katonah Elementary School Car Wash; Fair for Lewisboro Library

1. It was announced that Fifth-grade students from Katonah Elementary School will be having a car wash and bake sale on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. It will take place at the school and is meant to raise money for their grade's trip. The cost is $10 for each car.

2. The Lewisboro Library announced that it's having its fair on Saturday. It will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and take place at Onatru Farm in South Salem. To learn more about the festivities, read this calendar post from Heather Flournoy.

3. The Hudson Valley PKD walk will take place on Saturday at 10 a.m. at Bedford Hills Memorial Park, according to the event's website. The event is a chance to fight polycystic kidney disease (PKD).

4. The Mount Kisco Chamber of Commerce is holding its annual Sidewalk Sales Days on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and again on Sunday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. There will be an array of local vendors, both business and civic, in and around South Moger Avenue and Shopper's Park.

5. Westmoreland Sanctuary announced it is having a scarecrow making workshop, which will be on Saturday at 3 p.m.

6. The John Jay Homestead in Katonah announced that it's having a barn dance, which will be from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday. The event includes barbecue, a camp fire, ice cream sundaes, pig races and local music.

7. The Pound Ridge Car Show has been announced for Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Pound Ridge Town Park. Proceeds are meant to pay for a new scoreboard. The car show is sponsored by the Pound Ridge Police Benevolent Association.

8. The United Methodist Church of Mount Kisco announced that it is having a tag sale on Saturday at 9 a.m.

9. The Rotary Club of Chappaqua has announced it is having its annual Communty Day on Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. which will be around the Chappaqua Train Station. The annual event has attracted a cross section of local organizations at different tables.

10. On Saturday, the Armonk Chamber of Commerce announced that it will have its annual Cider & Donut Festival, which will be at Wampus Park from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. 

11. On Sunday, there will be a 5k run for the Armonk Outdoor Art Show in honor of Jamie Love, who was a Byram Hills High School graduate and University of Vermont student. The events prior to it will start at 9:45 a.m. with stretching sponsored by The GYM of Armonk, and the run will take place in Wampus Park.
