Alexandra Oppenheimer, MS, RD, Neighbor

Alex is a Registered Dietitian (RD) in Westchester County. She provides nutrition counseling, corporate wellness, and freelance writing and consulting services. She is passionate about cooking and baking healthfully. While she promotes optimal nutrition, she does not believe in forbidden foods or a “one-size-fits-all” approach to wellness.

Alex has a Master’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University, completed her dietetic internship at New York-Presbyterian Hospital and graduated from the University of Rhode Island (URI) with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics with a Minor in Kinesiology.
