At TABLE,  our goal is to connect our community with the farmers that harvest our locally grown  foods and to provide a realistic alternative to the current industrial food market. When we make the conscious decision to eat locallywe not only support our regional economy, but also those who work hard to keep sound agricultural practices in our area. Additionally, by using those same local goods in our celebrated recipes, TABLE pays homage to the dedicated farmers who enthusiastically provide us with our fresh and dynamic ingredients.
