Bedford Pilates Hosts Pilates Teacher Training
Bedford, New York: Bedford Pilates is hosting Jumping Frog Pilates Teacher training academy. Consisting of 4 intensive weekend seminars during which the actual movements and exercises on each apparatus are taught and dissected. In between each seminar, apprentices spend time observing, practicing and studying the work. Each candidate is required to pass a series of practical exams and spend a minimum of 450 hours on their apprenticeship. Bedford Pilates program begins November 2013.
