From Harvest to Table (How to cook the bountiful harvest of your garden)
Come join Chef Pam Buchler owner
of Aquarian Caterers for a two hour workshop and demonstration on
cooking healthy straight from your own garden. This class will consist
of preparing only the freshest ingredients that our harvest time can
offer. We will be using winter squashes, late tomatoes, many greens and
so much more to make a wonderful meal that is healthy and mindful. Chef
Pam will be showing techniques on how to prepare for the cold winter
ahead. You will take away food that we have prepared in class. recipes
and a new sense of mindful eating!
