Topics in College Admissions is a free workshop and will be led by college
counseling professional Dr. Gay S. Pepper on Wednesday, April 16th,
7pm at the Katonah Village Library, 26 Bedford Rd., Katonah, NY.   Dr. Pepper, a former college admissions
