Field Trip to Lasdon Park & Arboretum and Amawalk Farm, Somers With Bonnie Barrett and Joan E. Becker

Carpool from Bylane at 12:45 p.m. or meet at 1:00 p.m. at Lasdon's entrance court/fountain garden.
Enjoy a leisurely, educational stroll through this horticultural hub of Westchester under the guidance of two knowledgeable Bedford Audubon members Bonnie Barrett and Joan E. Becker, admiring woodlands, meadows, formal gardens with flowers and tree specimens from all over the world, as well as the Chinese Friendship Pavilion. Then we will visit nearby Amawalk Farm to hand pick sensational organic raspberries. Bring water and cash for fruit/veggie purchases. Level of difficulty: Easy.Register with Joan E.
