Writing the Land, with Verlyn Klinkenborg

2 – 4 pm: Learn new ways to approach writing about the landscape. The biggest obstacle most writers face isn’t what they don’t know. It’s what they believe they know—the common, false assumptions that make writing almost impossible. We’ll spend an afternoon doing away with those assumptions and, in the process, help you find the tools that will make good writing and real creativity possible.  Ages 16 and up. Cost: $30 Members, $40 non-members.
