About Heather
Heather is the 'About Town' columnist for the Katonah-Bedford Patch. She writes the blog KatonahGreen.com and contributes to the blog at ReallySocialStrategies.com. She organizes the 220+ member Katonah Green Meetup Group that holds monthly gatherings focused on issues of living lightly on the earth, as well as the new Really Social Strategies Meetup Group, with bi-weekly gatherings for social media enthusiasts and curious.
Heather is a partner in the firm Really Social Strategies, where she consults on location-based, social network and grassroots marketing, brand development and online strategy development.
You can find her most Saturdays at a local farmer's market where she organizes events intended to bring awareness of local foods and agriculture to the community, and deepen individual committment to supporting local production.
