The specialty foods and butcher shop is a family-owned business operated by Michael Sgaglio, and has been a Katonah institution for 35 years.

For Memorial Day, locals can pick up an array of grill options from salmon to lamb to several cuts of steak, from free range and organic poultry to a variety of Italian sausages made on the premises.
