Mt. Kisco Man Charged With Disorderly Conduct in Katonah

The information below was provided by Bedford police and does not indicate a conviction.

A Mt. Kisco man was arrested after showing up intoxicated at Willy Nick's in Katonah restaurant and refusing to leave, Bedford police said.

Officers responded to a call of drunk and disorderly conduct at the Katonah Avenue restaurant at 10:20 p.m. on Oct. 4. Staff at the restaurant told police Thomas Owen O'Hare, 35, would not leave the restaurant after being asked repeatedly to leave. They also said they had asked O'Hare in the past to not return to the restaurant.

When police arrived, they attempted to get O'Hare to take a taxicab home. He resisted their efforts and began screaming profanities. The officers on patrol said that several attempts were made to de-escalate the situation. After a prolonged struggle, police arrested O'Hare.
