A 44-year-old Pennsylvania man faces drunk driving charges after he crashed his car in Katonah, Bedford police said.

Officers responded to a report of an accident on Woodsbridge Road near Cherry Street at about 3 a.m. on Jan. 13. Police arrived to find the driver, Gerard O'Connor, of Bushkill, PA, ejected from the vehicle.

Police said they smelled alcohol on O'Connor's breath and administered field sobriety tests, which he failed. He was taken to Northern Westchester Hospital, where he three times refused to take a chemical blood alcohol test.
